Production lines vary by the products they produce. That is why no Assembly Table is the same. Each workbench is different and depending on the tools, technology and testing equipment that are necessary for the Assembly Table to make one part. A well built Assembly Table will reduce most if not all non-productive efforts giving the user the exact tools and parts at hand keeping parts and finished goods moving down assembly line.

The majority of our Assembly Tables we built are constructed with tube steel. This allows ample support for heavy loads and supports the work surface to have special cuts to accommodate machinery, trash disposal and sinks. Worksurfaces are usually configured with fixed or pop up ball transfer to easily move your product from the conveyor to your Assembly Table for assembly or testing. Mobile Assembly tables are available with heavy duty double locking casters to keep up with your ever changing environment.

Our Assembly Tables are designed to stand alone or attach forming an in-line continuous row of assembly benches. L-Shape and Custom Assembly Table are also available.
